Im Wesentlichen befassen Sie sich mit den folgenden Aufgaben:

Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, Scannern und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Betreuung der lokalen Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
  • Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Arbeitsplätze
  • Betreuung von IT-Systemen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und IT-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen IT in Slowenien sowie externen Dienstleistern

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der IT-Infrastruktur von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk- und Kommunikationstechnik
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Anwendern
  • Bereitschaft sich in neue Technologien und Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen
