Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams stellen wir ab sofort eine/n IT-Systemelektroniker/in (m/w/d) ein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik inklusive der zugehörigen Geräte, Komponenten und Netzwerke bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
  • Einbindung und Konfiguration der Systeme in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen (Netzwerk, Server, Softwarelösungen)
  • Support und Fehleranalyse per Fernwartung und vor Ort
  • Beratung und Schulung der Anwender
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement und Output-Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebs- und Supportteam

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-/Elektrobereich
  • Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern und Client-Betriebssystemen sowie Mitel/Unify Telefonanlagen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Druck- und Kopiersysteme sowie deren Anbindung an IT-Umgebungen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
