### Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Absicherung unserer Netzwerk- und Serverlandschaften
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen für einen stabilen Betrieb
  • 3rd-Level-Support: Analyse komplexer Störungen und nachhaltige Lösungen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten (Hardening, Patch-, Backup- & Recovery-Strategien) nach NIS2
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Beheben von Sicherheitsrisiken
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten – eigene Ideen ausdrücklich erwünscht

### Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Umfeld + mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, RDS) und hybriden Infrastrukturen
  • Starke Netzwerk-Skills (Firewalls, VLAN, Routing, VPN, Monitoring)
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (idealerweise VMware vSphere/ESXi)
  • Praxis mit Docker (gern auch Kubernetes-Grundlagen)
  • Know-how in Backup-, Restore- und Desaster-Recovery-Konzepten (z. B. Veeam)
  • Erfahrung in Infrastruktur-Projekten oder Migrationen von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Schnittstellen wie BACnet oder Modbus
