  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Konfiguration von Zahlungsterminals und Kassensystemen sowie Administration und Versand der Terminals
  • Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen per Telefon, Mail oder Teams
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme der Terminals vor Ort oder per Telefon
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst sowie mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Systeme und Netzwerke
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
