IT-Systemoperator (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • 1st und 2nd Level Support für Probleme des alltäglichen IT-Betriebs
  • Bereitstellung, Wartung und Einrichtung von Hard- und Software
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten
  • Pflege, Wartung und Übernahme eingesetzter Systemkomponenten
  • Erkennung und grundlegende Analyse von Netzwerkproblemen (LAN, WLAN)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Grundlegende Erfahrungen mit MS-AD / EntraID, VMware, Telefonie- und Geräteverwaltungssystemen (baramundi/IGEL), Cisco Netzwerkkomponenten, sowie allgemein Windows und Linux
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln
