We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator employee to be based in Tczew, Poland

Summary:

Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• •Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• •Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• •Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• •Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• •Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• •Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.
• •Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.
• •Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• •2-5 years experience in IT System Administration
• •Good Polish & English language skills
• •Eligibility to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

Servers, data storage and backup systems, cloud architecture and services, Windows Servers and Linux knowledge
