  • RMA, Fertigung, Installation, Reparatur und Wartung von POS-Systemen und Peripherie
  • Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Testen und Beurteilen neuer Produkte
  • Aufspielen von Updates, Testläufe durchführen
  • Aufarbeitung von Rücknahmen, Leihstellungen etc.
  • Betreuung der hauseigenen Telefonanlage, Server, Clients und EDV
  • Technische Unterstützung von Anwendern per Telefon (Hotline) und ggfs. Vor Ort.
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten und Kundenreklamationen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten/Hersteller bei technischen Rückfragen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • Einhaltung der Prozessabläufe und zeitnahe Dokumentation und Warenabwicklung im Warenwirtschafts- und DMS-System.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Systemelektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise besitzen Sie 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kassensysteme / PC
  • Technisches Verständnis & handwerkliches Geschick
  • Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens C.1 GER; Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung
  • Sie besitzen eine in Deutschland dauerhaft gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (3)
