### Deine Aufgabe

Du baust und betreibst Serverinfrastrukturen, Storage-Systeme und Backup-Lösungen für unsere Kund\*innen – und sorgst dafür, dass sie auch im Ernstfall laufen. Konkret:

  • Beratung, Konzeption und Planung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Serverinfrastruktur, Storage, High Availability und Backup
  • Implementierung und Betreuung der eingesetzten Systeme
  • Third-Level-Support sowie Unterstützung des First- und Second-Level-Supports
  • Dokumentation von Systemen und Maßnahmen
  • Gelegentliche Außendiensteinsätze beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Optional: Mitarbeit in einem unserer Specialist-Teams (z. B. Containerization, Private & Public Cloud)

### Was du mitbringst

Deine Ausbildung – wir freuen uns über:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker\*in für Systemintegration oder digitale Vernetzung

*oder*

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-/Angewandte) Informatik

*oder*

Vergleichbare Qualifikation – Quereinsteiger\*innen mit relevanter Berufserfahrung sind ausdrücklich willkommen

Kenntnisse & Erfahrung:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Server, Storage, Backup und/oder HCI
  • Praxiskenntnisse mit mindestens einem der folgenden Systeme: HPE, Proxmox, OpenStack, VMware, Veeam, Bacula, Ubuntu Server, Windows Server, Docker
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Außendiensteinsätze
  • Deutsch C1, Englisch B2

Wünschenswert:

  • Herstellerspezifische Zertifizierungen
  • Kenntnisse in ISO 27001 und/oder NIS-2
  • Führerschein Klasse B
