IT-Techniker – 2nd Level Support (m/w/d)

  • Für unseren renommierten Kunden in Wolfsburg suchen wir einen IT-Techniker – 2nd Level Support (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie übernehmen die Betreuung und Unterstützung der in der Produktion eingesetzten Software
  • Übernehmen die Behebung von Software- und Hardwareproblemen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Remote Operation Center
  • Sie erfassen und verfolgen die Vorgänge im Ticketsystem des Kunden
  • Erstellen, Überarbeiten und Pflegen die Benutzer-, System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Endgeräten wie PCs, Laptops und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu den aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Applikationssupport sowie in der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Sie zeichnet eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Art aus
