Die Bitstore Systemhaus- und Softwarehaus Gruppe ist eine bundesweit tätige Unternehmensgruppe mit derzeit 24 Standorten in Deutschland. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten IT-Techniker / IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Vollzeitanstellung (40 Stunden/Woche).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Beratung unserer Kunden im Bereich IT- und Telekommunikationstechnik
  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von IT- und TK-Systemen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung per Fernwartung sowie direkt vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Interesse und Verständnis für IT- und Telekommunikationstechnik
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen Support oder IT-Service
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
