Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

IT-Techniker (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11626

AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung von Anwenderanfragen zur Konfiguration und Nutzung von iPhone und iPad (iOS)
  • Durchführung von IMAC-D-Leistungen an Clients und Peripherie (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete)
  • Installation und Bereitstellung von PCs/Notebooks, Monitoren und IT-Kleinperipherie nach Auftrag/Liste
  • Einbindung und Verkabelung von Druckern (MFP/Etikett), Scannern, mobilen Datenterminals und weiteren Geräten
  • Bearbeitung von Störungstickets im Break--Fix-Umfeld inkl. Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation
  • Support per Remote-Zugriff sowie bei Bedarf vor Ort am Einsatzstandort

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung/Umschulung oder mind. 2 Jahr Praxiserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Routine in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen und dokumentationsbasierten Workflows
  • Basis-Netzwerkkenntnisse und Erfahrung im Lösen einfacher Netzwerkstörungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gültiger PKW-Führerschein sowie körperliche Belastbarkeit
