Für einen renommierten Kunden aus Wolfsburg, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen IT-Techniker Onsite 2nd Level Support m/w/d

    Aufgaben:

  • Schnellstmögliche Wiederherstellung von Soft- & Hardwarestörungen innerhalb der Produktion
  • Übernahme des Applikationssupports für die eingesetzte Software in der Produktion
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen (Benutzer-, System- und Betriebsdokumentation)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Remote Operation Center
  • Dokumentation im Kunden-Ticketsystem

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Fachwissen in aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Applikationssupport sowie in der Fehleranalyse und Fehlerkorrektur
  • Know-how im Bereich Endgeräte (PC-Hardware, Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten)
