Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir Sie als IT Techniker - Onsite w-m-d

IHRE AUFGABEN:
 
* Einsatz im Onsite Service 
* Installation, Erweiterung, Update und Austausch von IT-Geräten und IT-Komponenten 
* Störungsbehebung für Desktops, Notebooks, ThinClients, Drucker und IT-Peripherie 
* Betanken der Rechner, Austauschen und Inbetriebnahme der Ersatzgeräte und Neugeräte 
* Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen 
* Lösung per Remote oder Vor-Ort 
* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten
IHR PROFIL:
 
* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Praxiserfahrung im IT-Umfeld 
* Kenntnisse im Bereich PC-Hardware, MS-Office Produkte und Windows Betriebssysteme 
* Organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
* Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert 
Leistungen
