Für einen Kunden in Hannover suchen wir derzeit einen

IT Techniker Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Konfiguration von Endgeräten wie Desktops, Notebooks, Tablets und mobilen Handscannern, sowie deren Annahme und Übergabe an einen Transport-Dienstleister, mit denen wir unsere Kunden versorgen
  • Analyse von Störungen in der IT-Landschaft unserer Kunden und gemeinsame Lösungsfindung
  • Persönlichen Anwenderbetreuung im Onsite Support
  • Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten und aller Zeiten im Servicemanagement System des Kunden und in eDLN nach Vorgabe

Qualifikationen

  • Detailkenntnisse im Bereich Client Hardware sowie in Windows Client Betriebssystemen (speziell für die BS Windows10 / 11), sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Hard- und Software Rollout
  • Reisebereitschaft, sowie Führerschein Klasse B/BE 3
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer zentralen Softwareverteilung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Referenz : 26-1372
  • Einsatzort : Hannover
  • Auslastung : Vollzeit
  • Start : sofort
  • Ende : 31.07.2027
  • Beauftragungsart : Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
