Für unseren Kunden, ein bekannter Ausstatter suchen wir am Standort nähe Augsburg einen IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von IT-Endgeräten und Zubehör

Konfiguration, Dokumentation und Verwaltung der Hardware

Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen und Behebung von Störungen

Durchführung von Gerätewechseln, Rollouts und Arbeitsplatzverlagerungen

Abstimmung externer Dienstleister und Kontrolle der Servicequalität

Pflege von Inventardaten und Optimierung der IT-Arbeitsplatzservices

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen

Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und gängiger Hardware

Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen und IT-Inventarverwaltung von Vorteil

Reisebereitschaft zwischen verschiedenen deutschen Standorten
