Unser Restaurant liegt idyllisch direkt am See und begeistert Gäste mit mediterranem Flair und klassischer italienischer Küche. Jetzt möchten wir unser kulinarisches Angebot erweitern und neben italienischen Klassikern auch traditionelle deutsche Gerichte und saisonale Spezialitäten anbieten.

Dafür suchen wir einen kreativen Koch oder eine Köchin, der/die Lust hat, beide Küchen miteinander zu verbinden – die herzhafte deutsche Küche und die aromatische Vielfalt Italiens.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zubereitung von italienischen und vorwiegend deutschen Gerichten

Mitgestaltung der neuen Mittagskarte mit saisonalen und regionalen Akzenten

Entwicklung von Gerichten, die deutsche und italienische Küche harmonisch vereinen

Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Qualitätskontrolle

Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem eingespielten Küchenteam

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der deutschen Küche und Interesse an italienischer Kochkultur

Kreativität und Freude am Experimentieren mit neuen Geschmackskombinationen

Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, auch bei wetterabhängigem Gästeaufkommen
