Job description

What you’ll be doing

The Japanese-speaking Project Manager will manage complex project requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. The role includes gathering customer requirements, creating execution plans and development tasks, and occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.

What you bring to the team

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Have at least 4 years of experience in managing software development project, and at least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients.

Proficient in software development project management.

Proficiency is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.

Agile knowledge and experience is mandatory.

Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred.

Willing to learn/understanding the new domains.

Good English is a plus.

PMP Certificate is preferred.
