  • Qualifikationen
  • ✓ Berufserfahrung in der japanischen Küche und in der Zubereitung von traditionellen japanischen Speisen und Gerichten auf fine dining Niveau✓ Produkt- und Warenkenntnisse der japanischen Küche✓ Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch / Köchin oder Chef de partie ✓ Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Wochenendarbeit ✓ Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
