We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 2–3 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Architecture. The candidate will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.

Architect and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions.

Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Drive application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.

Technical requirements

Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).

Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.

Strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture.

Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

Expertise in Hibernate/JPA and database optimization.

Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or messaging frameworks.

Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of software design patterns and distributed systems.

Additional responsibilities

Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Exposure to Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design.

Knowledge of API Gateway, Service Mesh, and Container Orchestration.

Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.

Certification in Java or Cloud technologies is an added advantage.
