Java Fullstack Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer with 5-9 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java backend technologies along with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and related technologies.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular or React.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.

Develop database solutions and ensure efficient data management practices.

Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.

Required Skills

5-9 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.

Hands-on experience with Angular (8+) or React.js for frontend development.

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.

Expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

Good understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and software development best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.

Relevant cloud or Java certifications will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent

Master's Degree: MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc or equivalent (preferred)
