About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

  • Customer Research & Business Support Support customer research and basic business communication, understand customer needs and business scenarios, collect and organize key information, and assist with solution design, business discussions, resource quotations, and project implementation.
  • Project Operations & Process Management Participate in Mexico and Brazil projects from requirement confirmation to final implementation. Support meeting coordination, follow up on pending tasks and project progress, prepare business SOPs, and help drive key milestones to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
  • Cross-functional & Cross-cultural Collaboration Work with teams in China HQ, Mexico, and Brazil, including Product, Solutions, Finance, Warehouse Operations, and other functions, to improve information sharing and cross-team collaboration.
  • Business & Special Project Support Support market research, new project exploration, and other business-related tasks based on team needs.

About You

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors are welcome, with preference for Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Spanish, or related fields.
  • Based in Mexico City and able to commit for at least 3 months, with 6+ months preferred; available to work on-site at least 3.5 days per week.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English for daily work communication; Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in communication and problem-solving, with the ability to drive tasks forward in a fast-paced environment; prior internship experience in internet or logistics industries is preferred.
