What are we looking for in our Associate Director of Business Development?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - Business & Growth to drive our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing relationships with large private banks, building and leading high-performing teams, and achieving revenue growth through complex B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small, large, and private banks, as well as NBFCs, identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Drive engagement and foster greater collaboration between banks and organisations within the ecosystem, providing expert advice and strategic input to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to accelerate growth on our fintech platform.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with large private banks, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration in the fintech sector.
  • Implement innovative B2B sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Who should apply?

  • Experience : 6-10 years of proven success in managing relationships with large private banks and driving revenue growth through complex B2B sales.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding high-performance teams toward ambitious growth targets.
  • Business Acumen : Demonstrated expertise in the fintech sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to lead the company's next phase of growth by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
  • Collaborative Spirit : A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
