Festanstellung: CNC Fräser (m/w/d) - 32 Urlaubstage und ohne Probezeit

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Vorbereiten, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Fräsmaschinen (Heidenhainsteuerung iTNC 530)
  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsgänge, Fertigungsart und Einrichtung, Bearbeitungswerkzeuge und Aufspanneinrichtungen
  • Optimierung und Überwachung der Bearbeitungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsmerkmale und ständigen Prozessüberwachung
  • Wartung, Reinigung und Pflege der dazugehörigen Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Betriebseinrichtungen

Qualifikationswunsch/Fertigkeiten:

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanung Frästechnik
  • Heidenhain-Programmierkenntnisse (iTNC 530 wünschenswert)
  • Maschinenerfahrung z.B. an DMG oder Hermle wünschenswert, aber keine Bedingung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und systematisches Vorgehen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Mehrseiten-Bearbeitung
  • Sie agieren selbstständig, strukturiert, kunden- und zielorientiert
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • 2-Schichtbereitschaft
