Wir suchen für das Team der Kolping Akademie in Sonthofen/Kempten ab sofort eine/n Jobcoach (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

  • Teilzeit mir geregelten Arbeitszeiten (Montag bis Freitag, jeweils von 8:00 bis 13:00 Uhr)

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Kompetenzfeststellung
  • Festlegung/Erarbeitung eines Bildungsziels für jeden Teilnehmenden
  • Berufliche Orientierung
  • Stärken- und Leistungsmotivation
  • Herausbildung und Stabilisierung persönlicher und sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Bewerbungsmanagement
  • Herstellen der Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsfähigkeit
  • Vermittlung der Teilnehmenden in Praktika auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt
  • Vermittlung berufsbezogener Kenntnisse, Ausgleich schulischer Defizite
  • Vermittlung in sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungen
  • Einzelcoaching und Gruppenarbeit

## Ihre Qualifikationen

Berufserfahrung in einschlägigem Bereich erwünscht
