Jobcoach ab sofort im Raum Prüm und Bitburg in Vollzeit gesucht!

Wir benötigen eine engagierte Fachkraft mit abgeschlossenem Studium der sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder einem vergleichbaren Studium, mit staatlicher Anerkennung und/oder Berufserfahrung mit langzeitarbeitslosen Menschen. Der Quereinstieg ist möglich, sofern Sie drei Jahre Berufserfahrung oder mehr mit dieser Zielgruppe (SGB III) haben.

Das Projekt unterstützt langzeitarbeitslose Menschen durch Einzelcoachings beim (Wieder-)Einstieg in das Berufsleben.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

  • Ist-Aufnahme und Situationsanalyse
  • Beratung zum weiteren Vorgehen und möglichen Perspektiven
  • gemeinsames Erstellen von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Bewerbungstraining und Coaching (Einzelcoachings)
  • Suche und Vermittlung von Praktikumsplätzen
  • ggf. Weiterleitung an Bildungs- oder Unterstützungsmaßnahmen
  • Suche und Vermittlung in Arbeit sowie die Nachsorge, d.h. weitere Betreuung im Job.
  • Dokumentation
  • Koordination mit dem Auftraggeber, dem Teamkollegen und der Geschäftsführung

Sie arbeiten selbständig in einem vorhandenen Büro in Prüm, ggf. in unseren Projekträumen in Bitburg und in der Umgebung und koordinieren sich mit den zugewiesenen Kunden selbst. Die Stelle ist eine Vollzeitstelle. Ihre IEnarbeitung, Rat und Tat bekommen Sie von unseren Mitarbeitern/innen in Bitburg.

Ein Führerschein und KFZ sind erforderlich.
