Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Technicians. In this role, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism, helping them build important skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful progress.

Whether you're exploring a career in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Nursing, Social Work, or ABA Therapy, this position offers hands-on experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a difference every day.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services

Support children in developing communication and social skills

Implement individualized treatment plans

Record and document client progress

Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

Create engaging and positive learning opportunities

Help children achieve meaningful goals and increased independence

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Passion for helping children and families

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

ABA experience is welcome but not required

Students and graduates in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Sociology, and related fields are encouraged to apply
