Since the 1930’s, Jenkins has been based on providing our technicians, clients, and other repair shops

alike with excellent technical solutions, support, and education. The most critical element of this has

been having industry leading engineers who are committed to continuously developing and sharing their

knowledge. As we move forward I truly believe that there will be an even greater value to the services

and products that we provide. Repair shops, like ourselves and our customers, continue to play a critical

role in the operation of the energy production, industry and infrastructure that the world relies on.

As a result, it is critical that we continue to pass down the tremendous amount of repair, manufacturing

and technical problem-solving knowledge that we’ve developed over the decades.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ALL COMPANY EMPLOYEES

• •Willing to perform other tasks (not listed above) as assigned by the Foremen. An attitude of that's not my job conflicts with our goal of serving our customers in a timely manner, and will not be tolerated.
• •Share knowledge with co-workers that will help them complete their projects efficiently and accurately.
• •Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with co-workers.
• •Maintain a record of consistent attendance, stay on task during work hours, and be willing to work overtime when asked by the department foreman. (Attendance Expectation: M-F 7am 3:30pm)
• •Provide feedback to company management on areas where improvements can be made.
• •Represent the company favorably in interactions with customers and vendors.
• •Perform all activities using proper safety equipment and procedures. Provide feedback to company management regarding unsafe equipment and procedures as appropriate.
