You will be responsible for completing daily work orders in a safe and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations as well as completing larger quoted projects within the given budget.

Responsibilities:

• •Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and specifications.
• •Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment, including but not limited to lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• •Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• •Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential electrical problems before they escalate.
• •Collaborate with other tradespersons and contractors to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
• •Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• •Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• •Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• •Must possess a valid Texas driver's license.
• •Valid Texas journeyman's license is required.
• •Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• •Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• •Basic knowledge of plan grid, Bluebeam, and Excel is preferred.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant codes and regulations.
