Journeyman Electrician (EL-02)

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with us without notice.

• •Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential buildings, including wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• •Interpret and follow blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and compliance with safety regulations.
• •Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment to determine the appropriate course of action.
• •Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• •Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and coordinate electrical installations and repairs.
• •Safely use a variety of tools and equipment, such as power drills, wire cutters, multimeters, and conduit benders.
• •Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that work is conducted in a safe manner and that appropriate protective measures are taken.
• •Keep abreast of industry developments, electrical code changes, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• •Procure customer payment
• •Submit required documents, photos, etc either electronically or hard copy
• •Drive Company vehicle to Company assigned locations to obtain required parts and materials

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •ACTIVE Washington EL-02 license
• •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Sales-minded approach with the ability to educate customers without pressure
• •Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
