Responsibilities

• •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems efficiently and accurately
• •Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and repair options
• •Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• •Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, water quality solutions, and other plumbing enhancements
• •Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
• •Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
• •Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training

Performance Expectations

• •Complete 3–4 service calls per day
• •Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
• •Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
• •Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
• •Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• •Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
• •Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

Requirements

• •Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
• •3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
