Jr. Business Development Executive – eCommerce & ERP Sales

Experience: 1–3 Years | Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time

Don’t Wait for Leads. Create Them.

We’re looking for a Jr. BDE who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and creating business opportunities through outbound sales .

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential eCommerce & ERP prospects .
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & other outbound channels .
  • Build and experiment with new lead-generation & outreach strategies .
  • Understand prospect requirements and identify business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos, and manage follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach & conversion metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in B2B-B2C Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales .
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting .
  • Proactive, persistent, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, ERP, SaaS or IT services is an advantage.
