Jr. BIM Engineer (MEP)

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Software: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Mode of Work : Work from Office

We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in MEP services, who is proficient in using Revit software. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced BIM team, supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects.

Responsibility:

• •Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit software
• •Work Independently or in collaboration with the Design or BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• •Create and maintain families, templates and libraries as per project requirements.
• •Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required.
• •Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
• •Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, Interior, structure, Facade) in the BIM environment.
• •Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise
• •Keep up to date with industry developments and standards

Skills Required:

• •Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• •1-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit
• •Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows
• •Proficiency in Revit software
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• •Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
