Legal Advisory. Provide solutions and business-oriented legal advice, supporting multiple functional areas in the Company.

Contract Management. Assist the Procurement Team with various activities, including detailed drafting and reviewing of contracts, MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, NDAs, and customer RFPs, and advising on negotiations with vendors and partners.

Maintain, organize, and track contract databases and legal agreements, ensuring proper execution, renewal, and compliance with internal policies.

Risk Assessment. Identify contract terms and conditions, risk factors, and non-standard terms using AI tools to increase efficiency and expand team capacity.

Process Improvement. Work with colleagues to continuously improve contract structure and processes, as well as implementation and adherence to best practices within both the Legal department and the Company, providing guidance and informal training to Procurement teams on contractual obligations and operational processes.

Policy Implementation. Assist in drafting or updating internal policies, procedures, and compliance programs to ensure alignment with our corporate governance standards.

Miscellaneous. Collaborate with legal teams in other jurisdictions on cross-border transactions, assignments, or regulatory matters.

Support the Legal Director with cross-functional and cross-border legal projects.

Licensed attorney (cédula profesional) required.

2–4 years of broad-based legal experience as a trainee and/or Jr. Attorney with exposure to commercial contracting and transactional work.

Prior experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or multinational company strongly preferred.

Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken), with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts in English.

Exposure to U.S. law, contract terminology, and experience working with U.S.-based legal teams or clients is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with Mexican Labor Law and litigation procedures is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build effective relationships across functions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the highest standards of integrity and good judgment.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and familiar with AI tools.
