About the Company

Our client is an HR services and SaaS company building an AI-powered recruiting tool. The product helps HR teams manage high application volumes and automate behavioral interviews. The company operates with a lean structure and focuses on execution and measurable growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist to generate qualified leads and drive sales through targeted digital marketing campaigns.

The primary focus is managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, supported by outbound email marketing, lead tracking, and conversion optimization.

We are looking for someone who combines hands-on execution with strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who is confident in their ability to generate measurable business results and interested in a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns targeting qualified prospects.

Maximize results within lean advertising budgets (currently approximately $500/month).

Test advertising audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and offers.

Generate qualified leads for our HR consulting, executive career services, and technology solutions.

2. Campaign & Conversion Optimization

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on advertising spend.

Review and recommend improvements to landing pages, lead capture, and follow-up processes.

Focus on qualified leads, booked appointments, and sales rather than simply impressions and clicks.

3. Outbound Marketing & CRM

Execute targeted outbound email campaigns using existing tools and prospect lists.

Track leads and campaign performance through Pipedrive.

Coordinate lead follow-up and identify opportunities to improve sales conversion.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor cost per qualified lead, appointment conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and campaign ROI.

Provide concise weekly reporting with actionable recommendations.

Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously test improvements.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital lead generation.

Demonstrated success managing Meta Ads campaigns and generating qualified leads.

Experience optimizing campaigns with limited advertising budgets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently diagnose underperforming campaigns.

Understanding of lead generation funnels, lead qualification, and sales conversion.

Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing analytics.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

B2B sales development or business development experience.

Experience with Pipedrive, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Familiarity with outbound email campaigns and basic marketing automation.

Experience marketing professional services, consulting, or SaaS products.
