Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines

Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar

Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role

Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments

Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines

Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates

Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment

Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment

Details:

Job Location: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $400 or $550 base (adjusted based on experience) + $40 night shift allowance monthly
