Wir sind ein etablierter Onlinehändler in Mönchengladbach (41068) mit rund 20 Jahren Erfahrung im E-

Commerce. Unser Sortiment umfasst ca. 1.500 Artikel mit Schwerpunkt Haushalt und Kleinelektro. Bisher

arbeiten wir mit Afterbuy – nun stellen wir unsere Warenwirtschaft und Prozesse auf JTL-Wawi (und ggf. JTL-

Shop / Marktplätze) um und suchen dafür Verstärkung.

### Priorität 1

Erste und wichtigste Aufgabe: ein funktionierender Packtisch. Das heißt: Aufträge aus JTL-Wawi zuverlässig

kommissionieren, packen, etikettieren und versenden – inkl. Versandlabels, Waage, Scanner, Druckern und

den nötigen Workflows. Der tägliche Versand muss laufen.

Weitere Aufgaben

  • Einrichtung und Betrieb des Packtisches in JTL (Picklisten, Versandarten, Labels, Drucker, Scanner, Waage)
  • Abbildung der Versandprozesse: Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versanddienstleister, Tracking
  • Begleitung der Migration von Afterbuy nach JTL – zuerst so weit, dass gepackt und versendet werden kann
  • Pflege der JTL-Wawi: Artikel, Bestände, Lieferanten, Preise
  • Anbindung von Verkaufskanälen und Versanddienstleistern
  • Retouren und Reklamationen im Versandprozess abbilden
  • Qualität der Produktdaten (ca. 1.500 SKUs, Haushalt & Kleinelektro)

### Ihr Profil

  • Praktische JTL-Wawi-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Packtisch / Versand / Pickliste / JTL-WMS
  • Sie haben schon einen Packtisch in JTL zum Laufen gebracht oder täglich damit gearbeitet
  • Kenntnisse bei Versanddienstleistern (DHL, DPD, GLS o. Ä.), Labels und Tracking
  • Afterbuy-Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit Systemwechsel sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Onlinehandel wünschenswert
