Der Jugendweihe Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V. sucht engagierte Jugendberater/innen für den Regionalbereich Waren, Möllenhagen, Malchow, Röbel, Rechlin und Penzlin die Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und Familien haben und unser Team verstärken möchten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Jugendweihe-Veranstaltungen in deinem Regionalbereich
  • Planung und Betreuung von Projekten im Rahmen der offenen Jugendarbeit
  • Betreuung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen und deren Familien
  • Zusammenarbeit und Ansprechpartner/in für Familien, Schulen und Kooperationspartner, Gemeinden
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Kursen und Projekten
  • Verwaltung von Teilnehmerdaten sowie organisatorische Abwicklung
  • Unterstützung und Erstellung von Werbematerialien (Flyer, Broschüren)
  • Präsentation des Regionalbereichs auf Social Media (Foto/Video)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, sich durch Qualifizierungen, Workshops oder Seminare (z. B. in Rhetorik, Moderation oder Veranstaltungsorganisation) weiterzubilden
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und Familien
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden (Feierstunden)
  • Führerschein Klasse B obligatorisch
  • Reisebereitschaft
