  • Als Referent:in der PSG (Pfadfinderinnen St.Georg) unterstützen Sie den Verband bei der täglichen Büroarbeit, den Veranstaltungen im Jahr und begleiten die Diözesanleitung und weitere verbandliche Gremien in der pädagogischen Arbeit. Ebenso arbeiten Sie gemeinsam mit den Referent:innen der DPSG zusammen z.B. beim jährlichen Friedenslicht.
  • Fachliche Beratung und Zuarbeit für die Diözesangremien und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Organisation der Gremienarbeit (Sicherstellung der Einladung und Verfassung einer Tagesordnung, Gewährleistung des Verfassens eines Protokolls (ggf. Protokollieren der Sitzungen)
  • Erstellung von Schulungsmodulen zu den verschiedenen Themen wie z.B. in den Themenfeldern Gestaltung von Gruppenstunden und Ferienfreizeiten, Rechtliche Aspekte bezüglich Aufsichtspflicht und Gesprächsführung und Leitung von Gruppen & Teams
  • Aufbau und Begleitung neuer Gruppen in den neuen Pfarreien und Pastoralräumen
  • Begleitung und pädagogische Unterstützung der Gruppen vor Ort
  • Begleitung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Diözesanverbandes
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Referent:innen der DPSG im Bistum Mainz
  • Geschäftsführungsaufgaben
