Das Aktiv-Parkhotel Altmühltal ist ein individuelles und familiär geführtes Ferien-, Tagungs- und Wellnesshotel der 4-Sterne-Kategorie.
Für unsere Küche suchen wir Sie als Koch/Köchin oder Jungkoch/Köchin (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit!
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Zubereiten und Anrichten von kalten und warmen Speisen für Buffets und Menüs
- Mise en place Arbeiten für das Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung bei der der Warenannahme, Bestellung und fachgerechten Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
- Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Kostenbewusster Umgang mit den Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Lebensmitteln
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
- Serviceorientiertes Arbeiten, Teamgeist, Freundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
