Junior Accountant - AOS

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounting & Outsourcing department starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities:

• •Manage a portfolio of clients under Lux GAAP;
• •Prepare the bookkeeping and reconcile the accounts;
• •Keep accurate accounting records;
• •Prepare the periodic reporting and the financial statements;
• •Draft the legal documentation such as minutes of Board of Managers’ meetings and Shareholders’ meetings;
• •Liaise with internal and external parties should it be needed;
• •Assist the client during the audit process when required;
• •Assist the Accounting team when needed.

Your profile:

• •You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, finance or similar;
• •A first experience in accounting (including an internship) is an asset;
• •You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German is a real asset
• •You are dynamic, proactive, rigorous and you have excellent communication skills;
• •You have a good team spirit.
