Digital Consultants is seeking a Junior AV Maintenance/Helpdesk Technician to join our team! As the Junior AV Maintenance/Helpdesk Technician, you will be a principal performer and assist in the performance of diagnostic and repair services while performing Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), repairs, installations, and troubleshooting for equipment or systems.

Duties to include:

• •Perform PMIs on AV equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues before they become critical
• •Respond immediately to helpdesk tickets related to AV equipment issues and provide timely support to clients
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AV equipment and systems
• •Install AV equipment and systems as per industry and client specifications
• •Terminate all types of AV connections, both analog and digital
• •Maintain trouble tickets and keep accurate logs of all repairs, installations, and maintenance activities
• •Assist in the performance of Repair Services
• •Maintain inventories of installed and spare parts and equipment
• •Handle the complexity of Maintenance issues

Requirements

• •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant or similar role
• •Clearance: Secret
• •Certifications: Avixa CTS or CAVT
• •The contractor shall provide help desk support to receive emails or phone calls for equipment failure and notification of system disruptions
• •The help desk shall be operational on-site from 6:00am to 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Help desk personnel shall provide responses to audio-visual operational inquiries and requests.
• •The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 30 feet
