Bekannt ist Majuntke für traditionell gute handwerkliche Arbeit wie für eine moderne Baustellensteuerung, die für Auftraggeber besonders in Großprojekten größte Präferenz hat.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauleiter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Die Steuerung und Koordination von Großbaustellen im Landschaftsbau, inkl. Personal, Nachunternehmer, Material- und Maschineneinsatz
  • Die Einarbeitung in Pläne, Leistungsverzeichnisse und Zeitplanung
  • Die Kommunikation mit Architekten, Bauherr und eigenen Mitarbeitern
  • Die Rechnungsstellung mittels Branchensoftware in Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermessungsabteilung

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Gartenbau bzw. Landschaftsbau, alternativ einen Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau erfolgreich abgeschlossenen oder einen ähnlichen Abschluss
  • Du arbeitest gern eigenverantwortlich und bis kommunikationsstark
  • Du bringst Engagement, Motivation und Fachkenntnisse für die grüne Branche mit
