  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme mit unseren Kund:innen
  • Dokumentation und Analyse von Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse
  • Konzeption von digitalen Lösungen für das Marketing, den Vertrieb und den Customer Service unserer Kund:innen
  • Hands-on Umsetzung und Schnittstellenfunktion zum Entwickler-Team
  • Übernahme von Projektmanagement-Aufgaben
  • Testing und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Übernahme interner Aufgaben und Projekte

## Das bringst Du mit:

Die Position ist ideal für Personen mit 1–2 Jahren Berufserfahrung – auch als Quereinstieg – geeignet. Es ist keine Expertise im IT- oder Consulting-Bereich erforderlich und Du musst nicht programmieren können.

Wichtiger ist, dass Du smart und lernbegierig bist und ein Umfeld suchst, in dem Du Deine eigenen Ideen einbringen und umsetzen kannst.

  • Interesse an Digitalisierung & IT und keine Berührungsängste
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierung und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
