As a Junior Biofuels Broker, you will:
Build your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling, and developing long-term business relationships.
Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts.
Work towards clear PnL goals and take ownership of your performance.
Support and execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights.
Learn from senior brokers and develop your knowledge of the biofuels market.
What We’re Looking For:
1 to 3 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered).
Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
