  • Beratung interner Auftraggeber zu Veranstaltungskonzepten, Formaten und Umsetzungsdetails
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben und Zertifizierungsanforderungen im Rahmen ärztlicher Fortbildungen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Projekten einschließlich Budgetmanagement
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Agenturen sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards sowie Compliance-, Kodex- und internen Richtlinien
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Purchase Orders
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Congress & Meeting Management oder Eventmanagement, idealerweise im Pharmaumfed
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • *
  • Teamorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen mit Übernachtungen

  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
