## Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des PMO-Leistungsspektrums für IT-Projekte
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Reporting, Termin-, Ressourcen- und Aufgabenplanung sowie Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt- und IT-Dokumentationen (z.?B. Projektpläne, Protokolle, Statusberichte)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Standardisierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden, Prozessen und Tools
  • Unterstützung im projektbezogenen Controlling inkl. Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Organisation, Moderation und Dokumentation von Meetings und Workshops (vor Ort und virtuell)

## Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium
  • starkes Interesse an IT-Projekten, Digitalisierung und Projektmanagement
  • erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektarbeit: z.B. Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten, Studien- oder Ausbildungsprojekte
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office, MS SharePoint und/oder Atlassian-Tools
  • Grundkenntnisse sowie erste praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Ideen einzubringen
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

Bei uns startest du im PMO und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung in IT-Projekten. Abhängig von deinen Interessen, Stärken und Erfahrungen eröffnen sich Perspektiven als IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d), IT-Programmmanager (m/w/d) oder Methodenexperte (m/w/d).
