Du hast dein Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbares) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und fragst dich: "Wie tickt ein globales Tech-Unternehmen von innen?"

Für einen international agierenden Hidden Champion der Technologiebranche am Standort München suchen dich als Junior Projektmanager / PMO International Governance (m/w/d) .

Du bist hier keine "Kaffee-Koch-Instanz", sondern die rechte Hand für unser internationales Management. Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere globalen Operations-Strukturen der Zukunft zu designen, Governance-Modelle zu schärfen und komplexe Themen auf den Punkt zu bringen.

Dein Alltag bei uns:

  • Du analysierst und vergleichst internationale Organisationsstrukturen und holst dir Best-Practices aus dem Markt.
  • Du bereitest Workshops vor, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und trackst Maßnahmen über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg.
  • Du erstellst Management-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen, die das C-Level überzeugen.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen zentralen, regionalen und lokalen Einheiten weltweit.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (idealweise Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder BWL mit Orga-Fokus).
  • Ein analytischer Kopf, der komplexe Informationen liebt und in klare Strukturen (und schöne PowerPoint-Folien!) übersetzt.
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf verhandlungssicherem Englisch (B2+). Du scheust dich nicht, bei internationalen Stakeholdern nachzuhaken.
  • Reisebereitschaft und einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
