We are looking for a positive, motivated professional who wants to join our Team in Plovdiv as Junior Content Management Specialist!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, maintain and optimize promotional pages and website content using the internal Content Management System.

Proofread and edit content before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Review marketing materials and other content to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.

Assist with website localization, coordinating with translators, and ensuring proper implementation of the translated content.

Conduct regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and correct formatting of published content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, implement changes, and ensure seamless, timely content delivery.

Stay up to date with the latest CMS features and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Organize and maintain digital files.

Experience with Terms of Use, Online Service Agreements, and GDPR compliance is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent command of English.

Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, public relations, communications or similar.

Experience in using content management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal and communication skills.

Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Knowledge of AI tools and experience using them to support content creation, editing, proofreading, or other content-related tasks.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required.
