Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Erstellung von Monats-/Quartalsberichten.
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen zu Personalkosten, Fluktuation und Rekrutierung.
- Aufbereitung von Reports, Dashboards und KPIs (z. B. Taktzeiten, Ausbringung, Personalausgaben, Fehlzeiten) in Excel oder SAP.
- Finanzplan und Analyse der Produktionsstandortes
- Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen, Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für die Führung.
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrungen im MS Excel, ERP-Systemen (SAP)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik (Bachelor/Master) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erste Erfahrung im Controlling, z. B. als Werkstudent; Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (SAP) von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Excel-Fähigkeiten; analytisch, strukturiert und teamorientiert.
