Für unsere Abteilung Finance & Controlling in Gersthofen (Bayern) oder Sulzbach (Hessen) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

Junior Controller\*in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlüsse (HGB und IAS/IFRS)
  • Einrichten eines aussagefähigen Informationssystems, in welchem sich inhaltliche Daten in Plan-, Ist- sowie Erwartungsrechnung entsprechen
  • Erstellen von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen für Umsatz, Kosten, Gewinn, Finanzen etc.
  • Analyse der Abweichungen und Diskussion der Ergebnisse mit den verantwortlichen Stellen sowie Erarbeitung von Alternativen zur Gegensteuerung.
  • Überwachen der aktuellen Kostenentwicklung sowie Erstellen von Berichten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der operativen Zielerreichung der Unternehmensgruppe durch betriebswirtschaftliche Problemlösungen auf Ebene der Einzelgesellschaften

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen wünschenswert
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse der allg. Richtlinien/Vorschriften in Finance und Controlling
  • Hohe analytische Fähigkeit und großes Verantwortungsbewusstsein hinsichtlich korrekter Kostenplanung und -verrechnung sowie Kostenverfolgung
  • Erweiterte EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP Hana (CO und FI); Microsoft Office)
  • Selbständigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
